Bart has 28 years of real estate lending experience in eastern Idaho. 

 

Matt has been the construction loan officer at Beehive Federal Credit Union since 2018.  Matt started working in the mortgage and construction world over 23 years ago.  He and his wife have lived in Eastern Idaho for 20 years and have 6 children. He enjoys working, golfing and spending time with family.

Debra has been at Beehive since February 1999 and became a mortgage loan officer in November 2003. She has been working in the mortgage industry for twenty-one years. Debra grew up in Sugar City, Idaho, and received an associate’s degree from Ricks College.   Her specialty at Beehive is conventional loans for purchases and refinances on homes in the area and out of the state of Idaho. She enjoys vacationing with family, bike riding and playing the Wii with her family.

Scott is originally from Sacramento, California and relocated to the Treasure Valley in 2018. He graduated from BYU-Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2022. After completing his degree, he quickly found himself drawn to the lending industry with Beehive where he started his career as a real estate loan officer. Scott values the opportunity to serve those in the Treasure Valley and to develop friendships with everyone he meets. He finds joy in helping families and friends of Beehive to realize their dreams of home ownership. Outside of work, Scott and his wife enjoy camping outdoors, fishing, pickleball and college football.
